  Bill rode part of the way. Rained on, pedal assist stopped working flat tire 6 miles out stopped at Lone Pine Farms. Handle of pump had fallen off. Klink cycles came and gave me a ride to Eugene Electric Bikes. Fixed EVERYTHING!!! AND gave me a crash course on electric bike 102.

  Called WS asking for a tow. He was unavailable, he called his friend who drove 12miles to pick me up. Offered me to stay with him day after St. patrick's day was fed corned beef, cabbage, brews. Definitely had Irish Blessings upon me that day. Tire popped on a straight away right after I was travelling 30mph downhill patched the tube earlier. Stayed with a lovely family. keith took me to buy a new tire and tube drove me around town to see the sand dunes. Lives off the grid.

  Didnt get a full charge on batteries over big mountain pass back on coast. Passed a lot of small tows few inns. Rainy cold day. Pedaled 10 miles when the batteries ran out of charge. Knee flared up. Exhausted. Messaged WS host when I was .5miles away. she had a septic problem, injured chicken, and just moved. I accepted the bed and thanked her. She was a photographer/mycologist.

  Borrowed friends car went to Oakland and Alameda where my mom and her family spent part of the childhood. They were very pleased and said houses have changed. Came back, napped, blogged, rested. Met up with Lauren and Cory. Tyler, my host, Lauren, and Cory have been instrumental in this trip and have been behind me from day 1. Great to be with all of them at once.
